Warranty:

AVLAB warrants to the original buyer of the product that the hardware is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Other condition should be negotiated upon request with Avlab permission.

If the product fails to be in good working order during the warranty period, you may return it to AVLAB for repair or replacement at AVLAB’s option.

The Warranty excludes and does not apply to defects caused by:
- Improper use of the product
- Unusual electrical or physical stress
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Irresistible factors

Step 1: Apply RMA number

To obtain an RMA number, please complete the and send it to AVLAB RMA department via fax at (886-2) 2914-0461 or e-mail: sales@avlab.com.tw Product serial number or date code can be found on the back of the product. AVLAB will reply your RMA request form with RMA number issued within 24 hours.

Step 2: Return defective product(s)

Properly pack the product for shipping to avoid shipping damage. All software, cable(s) and other accessories that came with the original package should be included.

RMA number must be prominently displayed on the top of the returned package with a copy of RMA request form included.

Returned product must be shipped to Avlab freight prepaid.

Step 3: RMA operation

For returned product during warranty period, Avlab will, at its option, repair or replace the products, and return the product freight prepaid. Avlab will return RMA unit back to customer within 3 weeks from receiving date.

For returned product out-of-warranty, buyer is responsible for the cost of repair and Avlab will return the product freight collect.

Note:
1. RMA no. is valid for 30 days from issue.
2. Avlab will not accept product returned without an RMA authorization
3. Avlab does not recommend buyer to return out-of warranty product due to the repaired charge might be higher than purchasing new product.
